Freeman Webb Expands Nashville Portfolio with Acquisition of Radius at Donelson
Aug. 29, 2025, 7:32 a.m. (PDT)
Freeman Webb Company has acquired Radius at Donelson, a 128-unit Class A apartment community located in the rapidly redeveloping Donelson neighborhood.
Built in 2021, Radius at Donelson was 99% occupied at closing, reflecting the strong demand for high-quality rental housing in Nashville. The acquisition marks a continuation of Freeman Webb’s strategy of committing capital to high-growth Southeastern markets, following the company’s exit from the Midwest late last year.
“We’re excited to expand our footprint in Nashville with this acquisition of a newly constructed, Class A apartment community in Donelson,” said Monroe Stadler, Director of Acquisitions at Freeman Webb. “The Donelson submarket is undergoing a wave of redevelopment, and we believe this location is well-positioned for long-term growth. We were particularly drawn to this investment opportunity due to the attractive purchase price relative to replacement cost and recent comparable trades.”
Located just five minutes from Nashville International Airport, Radius at Donelson benefits from the airport’s major renovation and expansion project, offers convenient access to Interstates 40 and 24, Briley Parkway, and the urban core, and is adjacent to the WeGo Star commuter rail line providing direct access to downtown Nashville.
