BOMA is an organization primarily directed at commercial building owners/managers. BOMA International was founded in 1907 as the National Association of Building Owners and Managers. BOMA offers comprehensive industry research & office building performance data and publications, products, and services to assist the owners and managers of commercial office space to become more expert, professional and accomplished in creating better tenant environments and more stable investments for world capital.

All of Freeman Webb's employees are bonded. Freeman Webb also has an errors and omissions, directors and officers and employment practices insurance policy.

In addition, Freeman Webb audits each of its properties randomly, twice a year. Freeman Webb also audits its in-house bookkeepers. These audits are completed by Deborah McGowan Sullivan, CPA, an outside CPA. Freeman Webb Company's President, Controller, Director of Property Management and Regional Property Manager review these reports for compliance with company policies and procedures. We consistently have the majority of our staff receive Perfect or Near Perfect audits. Any corrective action is then addressed directly with the property or appropriate bookkeeper.
