Rehab Specialists

Over the last ten years, Rehab Specialists of Tennessee, Inc. has served as the General Contractor and/or Construction Manager for projects historically ranging up to $12,000,000 involving the rehab of over three thousand multi-family housing units. Rehab scopes have ranged in value from $3,000 to $25,000 per unit, totaling over $100,000,000, and performed in a manner of making every effort to minimize disruptions to all residents by utilizing strict procedures for working in occupied units.

Rehab Specialists of Tennessee, Inc. staff has over 175 years of combined experience in the field of construction and maintains close relationships with the best specialty subcontractors and vendors to be able to produce the desired rehab results for both Freeman Webb’s internally owned properties and those of fee-managed clients, as well as self-performing much of the rehab work with in-house staff.

Projects have included full exterior rehab, including converting flat roofs to pitched roof systems, new windows and doors, siding, etc., complete interior guts and replacement of cabinetry and tops, appliances, bathtubs, plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and HVAC systems, as well as construction of new clubhouses and pools.
